Return and Refund Policy

At Kadetools, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below.

1. Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase, but due to the nature of our products and services, we only accept returns under certain conditions.

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If your product is defective, damaged, or not as described upon delivery, you may request a return within 3 days from the delivery date.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number, a description of the issue, and pictures of the damaged or defective product (if applicable). Once we confirm the return, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the product back.

Note: We do not accept returns for products that have been used or are no longer in their original condition.

2. Refunds

If your return is accepted, you will be eligible for a refund as follows:

  • Refund Method: Since we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD) payments, refunds will be processed as only cash or via a re-shipment of the correct or replacement product. Unfortunately, we cannot offer cash refunds.
  • Refund Processing Time: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the cash or re-shipment within 4  business days. You will receive an email notification when the process is complete.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • We do not accept returns for items that have been used, installed, or modified in any way.
  • Products that are returned without original packaging or are missing parts will not be eligible for a refund or return.
  • Final Sale: Certain products may be marked as “final sale” and are not eligible for returns or refunds. These products will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.

4. Exchange Policy

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges for products. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return the original product and place a new order for the replacement item. Please follow the return process outlined above.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If your product is defective or damaged, we will cover the return shipping costs. We will send you a pre-paid return label, or we will arrange a pick-up of the item.
  • Other Returns: If you are returning a product for any other reason (e.g., incorrect order placed by you), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

6. Order Cancellations

  • Before Shipment: You can cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched. Please contact us immediately at [email protected] to cancel your order.
  • After Shipment: Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may return it if it is defective or damaged, as outlined in our Return Policy.
